Shipping and Returns

What is your Return / Exchange policy?

Yellowberry happily accepts returns for unwashed and unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All hangtags must be attached to the merchandise and proof of payment must accompany the merchandise at the time of the return. Gift cards, special promotions, sale items, and/or Black Friday Page items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.  For BOGO events, there is a limit to two free bras per order.  International orders may be exchanged, but additional shipping charges apply. International shipping and duty costs are non-refundable. 

To process a return or exchange:

  1. If you would like to return your unwashed and unworn product(s) within 30 days of placing your order, please visit  https://yellowberry.returnly.com/ to print your return label!
  2. A $5 postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
  3. If you would like to exchange your product(s), it's fastest and easiest to place a new order online!
