Shipping and returns

What is your Return / Exchange policy?

Yellowberry happily accepts returns for unwashed and unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All hangtags must be attached to the merchandise and proof of payment must accompany the merchandise at the time of the return. Gift cards, special sale promotions, Black Friday Page items and “Last Chance” items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. International orders may be exchanged, but additional shipping charges apply. International shipping and duty costs are non-refundable. 

To process a return, email us as info@yellowberrycompany.com. We have enclosed a return label in your order.  Should you choose to use our label, $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.  When we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment, and send you an email to let you know that your return has been processed.
