What size product should I order?

Please see our helpful sizing chart, here. If you still need help, our customer service team is there for you. Email us  info@yellowberrycompany.com or call 307-264-1880. Please know that our cotton products do run a bit small.  When in doubt, please order one size larger.

Will your bras provide full coverage for my daughter?

That’s a really important question, and one that we receive often! While our bras do not contain any padding, Yellowberry uses the highest quality fabrics with substantial fabric weight to make sure your "Budding Berry" is fully covered. All Yellowberry bras are also fully lined. 

What are your shipping fees?

Yellowberry offers free shipping on all orders over $100 that are shipped within the continental U.S. We also love to ship to far-off friends! For our international customers, we have two shipping options. Priority Shipping is a bit more expensive ranging from $30 - $45, but will arrive sooner!   First Class is less expensive ranging from $10 - $15, but will take a little longer for you to receive your Yellowberry package. Customers are responsible for additional taxes and duties upon entry to their country.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within one to three business days of being submitted. During busy times of the year, your package may take a bit longer to ship, but we are working to beautifully wrap (wait until you see our wrapping!) and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please take into account weekends and holidays when considering the shipping date.

Our team in Wyoming carefully hand packages and wraps each order, so when it arrives for your Berry, it's a special gift. If you need your order faster, please email us at info@yellowberrycompany.com, and we will make every effort to deliver to you sooner!

If your order includes items that are on backorder or were pre-ordered, we will not ship the order until all items are ready to be delivered. If you would like to request a partial shipment of the items that are immediately available, please let our team know at the time of the order.

How do I know that my order has shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number so that you can track the progress of your order.

What is your Return / Exchange policy?

Yellowberry happily accepts returns for unwashed and unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All hangtags must be attached to the merchandise and proof of payment must accompany the merchandise at the time of the return. Gift cards, special sale promotions and “Last Chance” items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. International orders may be exchanged, but additional shipping charges apply. International shipping and duty costs are non-refundable. 

When we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment, and send you an email to let you know that your return has been processed. If you choose to use our enclosed return label, 5.00 will be deducted from your refund.

When will my purchase be refunded?

Once we receive your return in our warehouse, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction takes place. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Gift cards, special sale promotions and “Last Chance” items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. International orders may be exchanged, but additional shipping charges apply. International shipping and duty costs are non-refundable. 

What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is very important to us. We will never sell, rent, trade or give away your private information to any third party for any reason whatsoever. Is online shopping safe?

Yes. The Yellowberry web servers utilize industry-standard 128-bit SSL certificates. 128-bit SSL security is currently the strongest browser-supported encryption available, and is the standard within the banking, finance and online e-commerce industries.
