On this page, you will find answers to some of the most common questions that we receive from our customers. If you have a question that we haven’t answered below, please contact us at info@yellowberrycompany.com, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

What size product should I order?

Please see our helpful sizing chart, here. If you still need help, our customer service team is there for you. Email us info@yellowberrycompany.com or live chat with us through the website. Please know that our Hybrid products do run a bit small.  When in doubt, please order one size larger.

Will your bras provide full coverage for my daughter?

That’s a really important question, and one that we receive often! While our bras do not contain any padding, Yellowberry uses the highest quality fabrics with substantial fabric weight to make sure your "Budding Berry" is fully covered. All Yellowberry bras are fully lined and we guarantee full coverage. 

What are your shipping fees?

Yellowberry offers free shipping on all orders over $100 that are shipped within the continental U.S. Overnight shipping is available for $45. Overnight and Priority orders must be received by 12:00 PM MST to be shipped on the day of order. Overnight orders must be received by 12:00 MST M-F for the following business day delivery. We will gladly extend the time deadline if possible. 

We also love to ship to far-off friends. For our international customers, shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for international lost deliveries once shipments have left our distribution center. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. Customers are responsible for additional taxes and duties upon entry to their country. We have no control over the fees, taxes and duties associated with orders delivering outside of the United States, and are not able to help should issues arise. Orders refused delivery by the customer from their country will not be refunded.  Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within one to three business days of being submitted. During busy times of the year, your package may take a bit longer to ship, but we are working to beautifully wrap (wait until you see our wrapping!) and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please take into account weekends and holidays when considering the shipping date.

If your order includes items that are on backorder or were pre-ordered, we will not ship the order until all items are ready to be delivered. If you would like to request a partial shipment of the items that are immediately available, please let our team know at the time of the order.

How do I know that my order has shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number so that you can track the progress of your order.

What is your Return Policy?

Yellowberry happily accepts returns for unwashed and unworn merchandise received within 30 days of purchase. All hangtags must be attached to the merchandise and proof of payment must accompany the merchandise at the time of the return. Gift cards, special sale or promotions and “Last Chance” items are final sale and not eligible for return.  To receive a refund for bundles, the bundle must be returned in full. International orders are not eligible for return.  Should you need to exchange a product, please return and place a new order.

When we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment, and send you an email to let you know that your return has been processed. There is 7.50 return fee that will be deducted from your refund.

Items returned after our 30-day return policy will be donated upon receipt and no refunds will be issued. Items returned that are worn or soiled in any way are disposed of, and are also not eligible for refund, return. In order to receive a refund for bundled items, the bundle must be returned in full. Please note we allow 30 days from receipt of returned items for your returned items to be refunded.  

When will my purchase be refunded?

Once we receive your return in our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days. You will be notified via email when this transaction takes place. Please note that some banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

We are not able to make any changes to an order that has already been placed. This included shipping address, payment information, as well as products included in the order, etc. We are not able to apply discount codes after an order is placed.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Items on sale, gift cards, masks, special sale promotions and “Last Chance” items are final sale and not eligible for return. International orders are not returnable. Should you choose to return ineligible items, they will be donated and not returned to you.

What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is very important to us. We will never sell, rent, trade or give away your private information to any third party for any reason whatsoever.
