What is your Return / Exchange policy?

Yellowberry happily accepts returns for unwashed and unworn merchandise received within 30 days of purchase. All hangtags must be attached to the merchandise and proof of payment must accompany the merchandise at the time of the return.   Gift cards, any sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.  If you return a full price item but do not return the free gift included in your order, Yellowberry will only refund the difference between the retail value of the free gift and the full price item. Only one coupon code or promotion may be used per order. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.  International shipping and duty costs are also non-refundable.

When we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment, and send you an email to let you know that your return has been processed. There is a return fee of 7.50 that will be deducted from your refund.

Items returned after our 30-day return policy will be donated upon receipt and no refunds, returns or exchanges will be issued. Items returned that are worn or soiled in any way are disposed of, and are also not eligible for  refund, return or exchange. Items carrying a guarantee are not eligible for a refund. Please note we allow 30 days from receipt of returned items for your returned items to be refunded.

When will my purchase be refunded?

Once we receive your return  in  our distribution center, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days. Please note that some banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Items on sale, gift cards, special sale promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. International orders may be exchanged, but additional shipping charges apply. International shipping and duty costs are non-refundable. Should you choose to return ineligible items, they will be donated, not refunded and not returned to you.

What about lost packages?

Although very rare, this can happen. We are only able to refund or reship a package after 30 days has passed since the day of the shipment. Once there, we will need confirmation from the shipping carrier to confirm that package was lost in order to reship.

Items received as ineligible for return will be donated.
